Call for abstracts

In addition to the presentations from the invited speakers, the program includes short talks and posters that will be selected from abstracts submitted by the participants.

Abstracts are expected to be downloaded before the 23rd of March 2025 on this page: https://bai.sciencesconf.org/submission/submit?lang=en

Please note that you have to create an account and be logged in to be able to submit your abstract.

The abstract format is simple: you will have 2500 characters (spaces included) to summarize your contribution, which can be a short talk (15 minutes questions included) or a poster.

Do not wait to submit ! The number of available slots is limited!

Important dates

Deadline for abstract submission: March 23, 2025

Notification of acceptance: April 15, 2025

Registration payment:  April 30, 2025 (not open yet)
