NUMEV is the University of Montpellier’s Laboratory of Excellence (LabEx), focusing on the interaction between computer and engineering sciences, and life and environmental sciences, to foster the emergence of an interdisciplinary cluster with international visibility.
The University of Montpellier welcomes over 51,000 students to its 17 faculties, schools and institutes.
Located throughout the city of Montpellier and in the main towns in the eastern part of the Occitanie region, they cover the main fields of study: law, economics, management, political and social sciences, science, technology and health, enabling students to pursue professional and/or research careers.

Founded in 1964, the Groupe Français de Rhéologie is a member of the International Committee on Rheology and of the European Society of Rheology (ESR). Its main objectives are: 1) to contribute to the development of rheology-related studies and research and 2) to promote the dissemination to the scientific community and the transfer to industry of progress achieved in its various branches.
